Guys have it tough. We’re expected to smell great, but if we put too much effort into it, we’re self-obsessed, and if we don’t seem to care enough, we’re slobs. Usually, I don’t put a lot of thought into my shower gel, but I’m enjoying a special delivery I got in the mail this week from Old Spice Red Zone which makes me smell kind of awesome.
Old Spice Red Zone’s new line of products, called Swagger, comes out in August, and it includes body wash, bar soap, plus anti-perspirant and deodorant, and the concept is all about confidence since the scent lasts for 8 hours. Both the bar soap and the body wash will sell for $5.49, and it will be $6.99 for the anti-perspirant and deodorant.
Okay, that’s the official word on the Swagger, but I’m just impressed because it smells really good. I may not use the six bars of soap all that much, but the body wash is great, and if it means I don’t have to think about how I smell, it’s probably not going to hurt my confidence either.
Either that, or, you know, someone is trying to tell me that I stink by sending me a bag full of scented products.
