Academy Award-winner Morgan Freeman will be in Toronto on Monday, May 6, and The GATE is giving away a pair of tickets to one lucky winner to attend the special event by the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which will honour the actor with The Key of Knowledge Award at the Celebration of Excellence Gala.
About The Event: Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem announced they will honour Academy Award-winner Morgan Freeman with The Key of Knowledge Award, for his dedication to combating racism and promoting knowledge and education worldwide. The award will be given at A Celebration of Excellence, an event honouring individuals who have changed the world and impacted lives through the advancement of knowledge on Monday, May 6 at the Toronto Centre for the Arts.
The Prize: A pair of tickets to the Celebration of Excellence Gala, honouring Morgan Freeman with The Key of Knowledge Award on Monday, May 6 at the Toronto Centre for the Arts, including cocktail reception with Jian Ghomeshi and two-time Emmy-award film and television director, Paul Saltzman.
