Ontario is a beautiful place in the winter time, and Taboo Resort in the Muskoka area, near Gravenhurst, Ontario, is taking full advantage of that fact after recent renovations, and they are now promoting the destination as a year-round getaway while offering a new winter stay deal, and a holiday-themed package.

Our sister site, Road Tripper, wrote, “Under new management, Taboo Resort has redesigned half of their 85 rooms, thanks to designer Cecconi Simone, with gas fireplaces, soaker tubs, and enhanced views of Lake Muskoka.”

In addition, the hotel is now boasting winter activities, like “cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, skating on their pond, and snowmobiling.”

As part of the package, couples can stay for $185 per night, or enjoy a New Year’s Eve themed night for $345 with dinner and a buffet breakfast. Read more about the news at RoadTripper.ca, and visit www.tabooresort.com for more on the offers.
