Rick Dale is the very talented man behind Rick’s Restorations–a company in Las Vegas that can turn anything old new again–and better known on History as the star of American Restoration.

In the series, Dale has helped restore memorabilia of all shapes and sizes; vending machines, motorcycles, and even an oil wagon from the 1880s.

During a stop in Toronto, Dale chatted with me about his work, his hopes for the future of his business, and what it would take to work on his dream restoration job.

American Restoration airs Wednesdays at 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM (ET/PT) on History.
