This week on DVD and Blu-ray, Matt Damon stars in Steven Soderbergh‘s corporate drama, The Informant!; Cameron Diaz and James Marsden play a troubled couple in the sci-fi film, The Box; plus a look at Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant and Sorority Row.
Arriving in theatres this weekend, Disney debuts the latest animated remake of the classic Dickens’ story A Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey as the voice of Ebenezer Scrooge; Cameron Diaz and James Marsden star in the science-fiction drama, The Box; plus a look at Men Who Stare At Goats, and The Fourth Kind.
This is a quiet week for new releases, but three new films are out in stores today, which may be just enough to keep you entertained for the next few days. On DVD this week, and for anyone with Hollywood dreams, there’s the comedic drama What Just Happened. On a much lighter, sillier note I take a look at the teen comedy Sex Drive. And also out this week, the fourth Futurama movie, Into the Wild Green Yonder.
