Aside from my Basia Bulat fixation, and watching the CBC Radio 3 vodcast, I’m suddenly on a big Danny Michel kick again. Haven’t seen Danny in concert in months, and I’m starting to get that nervous twitch (on the bright side his site says he’s at the Rivoli in Toronto from December 11 to 13, so I guess I can survive another couple of months).
If you haven’t checked out Danny’s tunes before, I highly recommend Valhalla. For something a little different, he’s also offering the title track from his new CD “Feather, Fur & Fin” ready for download on his site so you can remix it.
He’s also, quite seriously, one of the most talented musicians I’ve ever seen on stage.
