Capping off 2010, I’ve decided to add one last video to my “Video Hits” list for last year, and of course, it had to be Daft Punk’s “Derezzed” for the film Tron: Legacy.

Capping off 2010, I’ve decided to add one last video to my “Video Hits” list for last year, and of course, it had to be Daft Punk’s “Derezzed” for the film Tron: Legacy.
Things the video has going for it: art design that borrows from the original film, a Tron-esque rendering of jousting, Daft Punk, and yes, even a brief glimpse of Olivia Wilde.
Video Hits returns soon, and features a new music video to admire, mock, and discuss. From the great to the awful, whether they’re from twenty years or twenty minutes ago. Watch my meagre collection of videos from 2010 right here.
For you Canadians out there, the title of this series is totally a tribute to CBC’s original 80s TV series, Video Hits.
