The video for Little Destroyer’s “Head Above Water” has a post-apocalyptic vibe that feels all too perfect these days, but the music and the lyrics offer the kind of pep-talk we all need.
“Head Above Water” is incredibly catchy, and shows off the band’s solid beats and alternative chops. The song is also bound to get stuck in your head for the rest of the day. I’m also a big fan of the lyrics, that tell an addictive story.
Allie Sheldan, Michael Weiss, and Chris Weiss, are the trio behind the Vancouver, B.C. band, and I’d also recommend checking out their other recent single “Alpha” on YouTube.
