Psy took the stage at the Kool Haus in Toronto last night for the big debut of Samsung’s Galaxy Note II, and the crowd went nuts for the international singer.

This was Psy’s first performance in Toronto, not to mention in Canada, and although he ended with his signature song, “Gangnam Style”, he also performed two of his big Korean hits, “Right Now” and “Champion”.

Although the set was very short–just around 20 minutes–Psy made a promise to the crowd that he’ll be coming back to Toronto in January for a full concert.

On stage, Psy danced and sang with his signature dancers, and bantered between the songs about his career, and the fact that both he and Samsung are originally from Korea. He also sprayed the audience with water at one point, taking a sip from his bottle and spitting it out over the photographers in the pit.

“Excuse us,” Psy said, “this is the traditional Korean way, it’s not gross or nasty.”

For “Gangnam Style”, Psy donned his sunglasses once again and closed out the night before one fan was awarded a Galaxy Note II.
