David Oulton is returning to Canadian prime time television this month on OUTtv. His all new series premieres August 24, following the launch of a new season of his existing talk show Face to Face with David.
The new program, Who’s There?, is a round table style talk show hosted and executive produced by Oulton. Rather than being interview focused, it’s topical, with a panel of guests discussing a range of conversation starters. Each panel consists of a celebrity, a business leader, and an everyday Canadian. The premiere episode features actress Emmanuelle Vaugier (Two and a Half Men, Saw II & III, Big Sky River), Vancouver restaurateur Anson Leung, and Darrell Ross.
The series was filmed at the Paradox Hotel in Vancouver with the first season consisting of six episodes. Celebrity guests featured throughout the inaugural season include Vaugier, Mackenzie Gray (Legion, Man of Steel), the late comedian Darryl Lennox, Karen Holness (Nancy Drew, Superman & Lois), William B Davis (The X Files), Ben Immanuel (The Man in the High Castle), and Tammy Gillis (Siren, Van Helsing). The series also features panellists Darrell Ross, author Ely Jackson, Tiffany Bishop, artist Marie Khouri, Steve Gatenby and several others.
Oulton poses the panel a series of questions, ranging from fun and light hearted, to more serious and debatable subjects.
Also premiering August 24 on OUTtv are new episodes of Oulton’s talk show Face to Face with David. Oulton returns in his infamous Versace bathrobe drinking red wine to welcome familiar faces including the return of Vanessa Williams, AJ Cook, Luenell, Emily Hampshire, Jen Brister and many others. The August 24 premiere features supermodel Janice Dickinson.
Face to Face with David season 5 premieres at 9:00 PM (ET/PT) on OUTtv, followed by the premiere of Who’s There? at 9:30 (ET/PT). Both series will also be available to stream on OUTtvGo.
OUTtv is available in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Face to Face with David is also available in over 50 countries worldwide, and along with hosting, Oulton is both creator and executive producer. Both series are directed by Candace Schmidt, with producers Luis Gonzalez, Lisa McGillivray, and Lesley Diana.
