As you drive up the long road in St. Andrews-by-the-Sea, New Brunswick toward the Fairmont Algonquin, there is a sudden feeling of travelling back in time. In fact, there is an immediate impression as if you had actually been placed inside the Movie Dirty Dancing and are pulling into Kellerman’s.
Some people take vacations to lay on a beach, some to go to see family, and some go to see history.
In the past year I have been coast-to-coast seeing this beautiful country of Canada, where my family proudly now calls home, so an important stop for while in Halifax was to visit the past.
