Born Ruffians at the Sirius XM Indies

Born Ruffians took over the stage for a 30 minute set at the 14th Sirius XM Indie Awards at the Kool Haus tonight, following performances by Ponctuation, The Strumbellas, and super group, Mounties.

Other performances during the show will include Hollerado, the Hidden Cameras, and headliners Little Dragon.

Although you can hardly compare the two overall, the Indies are one of my favorite concert events of the year, and I would say a better show than almoat anything at the Juno Awards every year.

This year marks my 15th at Canadian Music Week and my 13th at the Indies.
