Listen: Slander’s “Slow Motion” featuring Bret James

by W. Andrew Powell
Slander

Slander’s “Slow Motion” is a tricky, fluid track with serious bass, and vocals that feel otherworldly, ethereal, and a bit trippy.

Slander’s single was co-produced with Bret James, and takes a melodic style to a different level that’s transportive.

Playing EDC Las Vegas’s kineticFIELD on the main stage, Slander and James have performed the track throughout the summer this year. The track follows their popular remix of Showtek’s “We Like to Party” in 2014, plus original singles “Welcome To The Fire” with Sullivan King, “I Can’t Escape” with Saymyname featuring Feli Ferraro, and “Happy Now”.
