Earlier this year, I got hooked on Evie Irie when she released “Worst Enemy”, and she’s one of those artists I keep checking in on because she has such a fresh, electric sound, with the most incredible vocals.
Her new single, “Misfit” is fun, with a great beat; the lyrics are addictive, and I love the story in the song and the video. The song is so distinct, I can’t get it out of my head, and she seems like a natural talent.
Earlier this year, Irie had already earned more than 10 million streams to date, and throughout the year she’s been releasing a number of incredible new tracks.
