The Manhattan is one of my favourite cocktails. It’s smooth, sweet, with the perfect hint of bitters and spice. That’s where Knob Creek’s 9 Year Old bourbon makes for a fantastic cocktail.
Knob Creek 9 Year Old whisky is back in Canada, and it’s the first Knob Creek whisky with an age statement in more than four years.
Available now at the LCBO for $47.95, the 100-proof whisky features a new look, with a stamped wax seal, and glass embossments.
The small batch bourbon, has the most alluring aroma, and its sweet and woody, with full-bodied flavour that’s perfect in cocktails, straight up, or neat.
