What’s on your post-pandemic bucket list? After months of lockdowns and closures, travel and vacationing are at the top of my list, and right after I get back out in Ontario, I’m really looking forward to a beach vacation somewhere warm and sunny.
On Friday, November 25, the Toussaint Bros with Enrique Pat, Jon Anderson, and Stanley Clarke played the 9th annual Riviera Maya Jazz Festival in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
The 9th annual Riviera Maya Jazz Festival took over Mamita’s Beach Club in Playa del Carmen, Mexico for three nights, from November 24 to 26, showing off nine acts that brought music lovers together on the beach, under the stars.
Earlier this year it would never have occured to me that I would be in Mexico for a jazz festival in the fall, so when I got an invitation to fly down for the Riviera Maya Jazz Festival, it was, to put it mildy, a very nice surprise.
