DJI debuted the upcoming Osmo Pocket 4P at Cannes earlier this year, and it’s a bit early to say much so far, but I’m thrilled to share that I’m testing out the camera system and preparing a review.
The upcoming gimbal camera does not have a release date as of yet, but the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P is the pro version of the recently launched Osmo Pocket 4, which I’m also reviewing. The Pocket 4P features two cameras with 17 stops of dynamic range, supporting the new D-Log 2 format, with a 1-inch sensor.
Details on pricing and specs will be confirmed when the launch date is revealed.
The whole package and design look and feel very similar to the Pocket 4, aside from the larger camera head itself. That includes the same overall layout, controls, and buttons. But there are a number of upgrades that I’m looking forward to talking about and comparing.
So what would you like to know about the Osmo Pocket 4P and how it compares to the Osmo Pocket 4? Leave your questions in the comments and I’ll see what I can do to address them in my videos, review, and upcoming articles.
And I can’t wait to travel with the camera and see what I can capture.
