Fright Night: There will be blood (and an interview)

Colin Farrell in Fright Night

This has been a great day so far, and it’s going to be a good weekend by the looks of it too.

I just got back a while ago from the Fright Night screening, and tonight I’m going to rewatch the original film on NetFlix (for the first time in like a decade or two), and then tomorrow I’m interviewing Colin Farrell.

Anyone have any questions they want me to ask him?

As a side note, who would have thought that Craig Gillespie, the director of Lars and the Real Girl, would make a killer-funny horror movie? I’m also entirely tempted to give Colin an invite to my wedding–after all, my mother-in-law-to-be needs a date.

Just to let you know, there is no instant streaming for Fright Night on Netflix. You can order it though… :) I just don’t see how they’re going to pull this off. I saw the original when it came out. Great Movie.

This might be part of the Canadian/American divide. There’s a lot not available on Netflix in Canada, but the original Fright Night is available.

Would you please ask Colin if he’s worried about being branded “Mr.Remake”?
As you recall he was in the remake of Miami Vice(which I thought was excellent) he has “Fright Night” coming out and now is currently filming the remake of “Total Recall”….is he planning on staying away from starring in films that are remakes in the future?
