Fondue at the Bier Markt

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, or for anyone who just needs a little warm, bubbly cheese this cold month, Bier Markt has brought back their fondue menu until March 2, which includes Atlantic Lobster, NY Strip, and King Cole Duck.

Created by Michael Cipollo, Bier Markt’s executive chef, the Fondue Collection menu features cheese, hot broth, and chocolate fondues, and they are all paired with beers from around the world. Fondue Collection prices range from $12.00 to $43.00, and, for a little extra dairy in your day, guests can add a Cheese Board to their order for $12.00 to $19.00, with three to six cheeses, including Chimay, Saint-Paulin, Gruyere, Beemster Classic, Double Brie and Stilton.
