Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Gibson’s Finest Rare
  • ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 2-3 dashes of cranberry bitters (optional)
  • Rosemary sprig

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a shaker and shake dry.

Add ice and shake again hard. Strain into a rocks glass. You should get a small amount of foam even without egg whites.

For those feeling industrious, add egg whites into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients for a thick foam.

Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
