Crafted with Gibson’s Finest Rare 12-Year-Old, the Winter Sour blends smooth maple syrup and fresh lemon with the whisky’s signature notes of butterscotch, spice, and oak. Bright, rich, and easy to make, it’s a modern Canadian winter ritual, perfect for chilly nights and cozy gatherings.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Gibson’s Finest Rare
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. cranberry juice
- 2-3 dashes of cranberry bitters (optional)
- Rosemary sprig
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and shake dry.
Add ice and shake again hard. Strain into a rocks glass. You should get a small amount of foam even without egg whites.
For those feeling industrious, add egg whites into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients for a thick foam.
Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
