Ask me about the things that I love, and you’ll get a list of many, many things. Movies, television, games, actors, and yes, lots of music. If I’m a fanboy for a lot of things though, I’m also truly, madly passionate about a much shorter list, and at the top of that list is Muse.
Most critics apparently don’t feel like I did about The Tourist. Most critics hated the film, and I actually enjoyed it a bit.
“Best. Ever.” is a weekly conglomeration of things that made my week. And there was much rejoicing.
On Wednesday night at Arrow Hall, one of the worst venues for a concert in the entire city of Toronto, I had my first chance to see Muse perform and I was more than impressed by their presence, intensity, and sheer talent. Over the last five years I’ve seen a lot of live acts, but aside from The Cure and U2, few have impressed me as much as Muse.
