Nobody’s Fool, the latest effort from low-budget hitmaker Tyler Perry (which wasn’t screened for press in advance of its opening this weekend), showcases a filmmaker that’s simultaneously trying to break out of the mold he’s created for himself and one that gradually gives in to his own worst impulses.
