Shark IQ XL Robot Self-Empty vacuum | $699

Shark IQ XL Robot Self-Empty vacuum

There are very few gifts as wonderful as a robot vacuum. Until you have one in your home, it’s hard to explain the joy of a little robot that cleans up the dust and dirt you normally only get to once a week. Instead, with the Shark IQ XL Robot Self-Empty vacuum, you can schedule the robot to clean up every two or three days, if you like.

The smart vacuum maps the home, and then can be sent out to clean specific rooms, or clean the whole floor at once. Paired with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, it’s also easy to ask the robot to go clean any time, rather than opening up the app.

The vacuum base, where the robot docks and charges, can store up to about 30 days of dirt too, so you only need to empty it once every few weeks, and the suction will pick up a wide range of debris over different surfaces, like tiles or carpeting.

You may just decide you need a robot vacuum of your own, once you buy a Shark IQ XL as a gift. Order or pick one up at Canadian Tire.

Using the Nextbase app, drivers can easily download video from the dash cam, and it works with Amazon Alexa so they can take control, starting or stopping recording, as well as other smart features.
