The twelfth season of Degrassi: The Next Generation premier’s on MuchMusic on July 16, and as the series dives into more issues and teen drama, actress Jessica Tyler returns for her fourth season on the long-running show as Jenna Middleton.
Jessica sat down with me at MuchMusic to talk about the new season of Degrassi and what fans can expect from Jenna as she moves on with her life after she gave her baby up for adoption in the last season. Jessica also talked about her music career plans, and the upcoming trip she will take with her Degrassi co-stars to help build schools in Africa, which marks her third trip to the country.
The new season of Degrassi returns to MuchMusic on July 16 at 10:00 PM (ET) and airs Monday to Thursdays.
