Most of the home cooks have been sent home, and just two competitors remain as MasterChef Canada season 2 wraps up on Sunday with east facing west, and Line Pelletier competing against David Jorge for the title of MasterChef.

The two home cooks will compete head-to-head in the final episode, preparing a three-course meal so the judges can pick the winner who will also receive $100,000 cash prize.

Judges Michael Bonacini, Alvin Leung, and Claudio Aprile will make the final call to decide the winner.

Ahead of the finale, I sat down with the two finalists to talk about the competition, what they thought about their competitor’s strengths, and what will come next for them once the show is over.

Watch the season 2 finale of MasterChef Canada on Sunday, May 24 at 8:00 PM (ET/PT) on CTV.

MasterChef Canada is also accepting applications now for season 3. Get more details on how to enter at CTV.ca/MasterChefCanada.
