Smirnoff Pacific Rim Caesar recipe

by W. Andrew Powell
Smirnoff Caesar cocktail

The classic Canadian Caesar is a fantastic cocktail, and it’s easy to make, but there are lots of options for taking the drink to another level, and the Smirnoff Pacific Rim Caesar is one of my favourites.

Like any Caesar, you’re still working with vodka, Caesar mix, and seasonings. The difference is adding a bit more kick, with pickle brine, soy sauce, and ginger powder, as well as Cajun spice for the rim.

Try this fantastic variation on the classic cocktail for your next BBQ or relaxing weekend. It’s delicious and unique, and it pairs perfectly with almost any of your favourite patio dishes, from burgers to steak, salad, and more.
