2020 has left many of us pining for reunions with friends and family, but the borderline unbearable and distressingly unfunny star-studded comedy Dinner with Friends might make anyone unfortunate enough to see it prefer their alone time.

The cast of writer and director Michael Goldbach’s latest movie, Daydream Nation, walked the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival. Stars in appearance included Kat Dennings, Reece Thompson, Josh Lucas, and Katie Boland.
Yesterday was the start of the 35th Toronto International Film Festival and the big events were the opening gala film (Score: A Hockey Musical) and the opening night party.
