Charlotte Sullivan and Matt Gordon play serious roles on Rookie Blue, but as we’ve seen before, their chemistry off-screen is a little more relaxed, and a lot zanier.

Global is promising an “explosive” Rookie Blue season five finale tonight, starting at 9:00 PM (ET/PT). The episode, “Everlasting”, has 15 Division trying to find a car-bomber, but there are numerous targets around town and only so much time to stop him.
Writer and director Jeff Renfroe’s The Colony is one of the best-looking action films Canada has ever produced, but it has the kind of script and concept that you might expect from a direct-to-DVD Hollywood prequel. Where the film manages to surprise is in the casting, and some of the hell-bent villains that bring much-needed action to the second half of the story.
