This was a big spring for cancellations. If you read the full list of cancelled TV shows over on US Magazine, it seems like almost every new show was axed, and a few old ones too. In total, this year’s “Black Monday” claimed 38 shows.
When you write about entertainment, there are a lot of opportunities for interviews, but to me there is a big difference between an interview, and an Interview. Sometimes, what separates the two is the mood, or the topic, but more often than not it’s about the person in front of you and the conversation.
Community fans have one mantra when it comes to their favorite show: “Six seasons and a movie!” That tagline has been tweeted, blogged and yelled almost constantly since fans claimed it as their own to pay tribute to Community, one of the most tongue-in-cheek comedies on television that also has some of the most fervent fans around.
Tricia Helfer knows what it can be like having obsessed fans–she was the star of Battlestar Galactica, after all–so it seems only appropriate that in tonight’s episode of Community, she should get to play the other side of the table.
