Let’s look back, little monsters, on the night that was the 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards. This is what I’d call a capsule review of my evening, and it was filled with Lady Gaga, a little Selena Gomez, and a hint of self-loathing.
Welcome to my 12th annual Juno Awards coverage. That’s right, I’ve been covering the Junos since 2000 when they were last in Toronto, but I’ve only been to the awards five times, including tonight. In just a few hours, downtown Toronto will once again host one of the year’s biggest music parties: the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards.
Canada’s biggest artists rocked the Rock (that would be Newfoundland, for the record) as the 2010 Juno Awards telecast brought the music to the fans in St. John’s Mile One stadium.
